Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your handbag and any included accessories back into the original dust bag and protective shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
